Due to the nature of the event, we're not able to offer refunds, but you're more than welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else by letting us know at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Social Media Conference Cymru 2025 will be held at The Vale Resort, Hensol, CF72 8JY.

We're delighted to have partnered with The Vale Resort to offer delegates an exclusive rate if you plan on staying at the resort either the night before the conference or on the night.
Single occupancy is £119 B&B per night, double occupancy £129 B&B per night.
A code and instructions will be sent in your conference ticket booking confirmation.
The final date to take advantage of this offer is July 8th 2025.

We make sure we use venues with full disabled access. Please let us know of any specific requirements when you're purchasing your ticket.

No, tickets are only available by purchasing in advance. Tickets are limited so book today to avoid disappointment.
