What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of the event, we're not able to offer refunds, but you're more than welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else by letting us know at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
What if I have specific dietary requirements?
This isn't a problem. Please let us know when you're purchasing your ticket.
Is the venue accessible?
Our venue has full disabled access. Please let us know of any specific requirements when you're purchasing your ticket.
Can I purchase a ticket on the day?
No, tickets are only available by purchasing in advance. Tickets are limited so book today to avoid disappointment.
Will there be a BSL interpreter?
Please let us know when buying a ticket that you require a BSL interpreter so we can make the necessary arrangements.
How do I get to the venue?

Which language will the conference be held in?
Most of the conference talks will be held in English, and some in Welsh. Simultaenous translation from Welsh to English will be available for the Welsh language sessions.
Will I be able to watch online?
Social Media Conference Cymru is an event to bring people together so the only way to enjoy these sessions currently will be to join us in person.
