Owen has a formidable track record in social media, having led Editorial Strategy at BBC Content Social, and social media at BBC One and BBC Wales. Owen is Managing Director of Siml, a social media consultancy and agency.

Owen has worked on countless successful campaigns with a wide range of clients, and also has an impressive personal social media following. Producing engaging, yet effective content is an art, and Owen's really nailed it.

Morgana has led innovative LIVE campaigns, has collaborated with key partners, and drives strategic initiatives that keep TikTok LIVE at the forefront of social media trends. Her expertise in content and campaign optimisation ensures the LIVE side of the platform continues to thrive and captivate global audiences.

Ben Rawson-Jones

Engaging Audiences Beyond the TV Screen

Ben is a Social Media Producer and Creative with extensive experience working for brands such as BBC, Netflix, Fremantle and LEGO.

He started his social media career in 2010, launching and running the feeds for The Apprentice and The Great British Bake Off. He also served as BBC One’s social exec for several years, specialising in innovative drama campaigns for shows such as Poldark, Doctor Foster, Our Girl and Happy Valley. He has since worked on all six series of The Crown for Netflix, including writing all four series of popular social spinoff show Beneath The Crown.

Formerly a journalist with over 15 years of experience, Nicole moved into marketing in 2013 and has worked in-house with large FMCG companies in the drinks industry before moving to the agency world. Originally from Brazil, she has lived in the UK since 2003.

Carys is a former journalist and is experienced in proactive, reactive and crisis communications. She now leads a small team of both graphic designers and communications and content officers, and has general oversight and responsibility for the organisation’s various digital platforms and approach.


Tracy-Lee started at South Wales Police as a graphic designer. Her role has since evolved, and while she is still instrumental in the force’s design output, she now also plays a key part in creating content for the organisation's various social media channels, including the implementation and running of the multi-award-winning TikTok account.

Mike Taylor has been using screen reading software for over 20 years. Mike tests social media platforms and websites using different screen readers and also delivers training on accessibility.

Catrin Elis
Content Editor - Visit Wales

Catrin Elis is Visit Wales’ Content Editor, with responsibility over Visit Wales’ consumer content channels, including various social media platforms which have a total of over 1.8m followers, and web platforms attracting over 500k users per month.

Catrin started her time at Visit Wales as Senior Campaigns Manager, and prior to joining Visit Wales worked as Head of Marketing and Audience Development for Cadw, the Welsh Government’s historic environment service. Before joining the Welsh Government Catrin was Cardiff Airport’s PR and marketing executive, delivering international marketing and PR campaigns for a range of airlines from across the world.

Owen has over 20 years of experience and has worked for global non-profit organisations, as well as arts and heritage account management including the V&A and Royal Collection.

Owen has passion for all things digital and has been proactive in learning and employing CRMs, social media, content management systems and web development services in both his professional and personal life.

He now works principally in forging new relationships and deepening existing ones at Cardiff-based marketing agency Millrace.

Rhian Brewster
Head of Communications - WWF Cymru

Rhian is a communications lead with over 25 years experience working in the 3rd sector across communications, film and media, international campaigns and community development, and is highly experienced in creating maximum impact with minimum budget.


Having previously held roles leading on communications and projects at Save the Children, Urdd Gobaith Cymru, Cyfle and Sgrîn Cymru Wales, she has also worked directly in communities across Rhondda Cynon Taf as an Arts Development Officer based in the Cynon Valley. She is currently splitting her time between her role as Head of Communications at WWF Cymru and as Safeguarding Lead for WWF-UK.

Tiffany Jones

Tiffany currently works as the Social Media Manager at Six Nations Rugby. She was formerly Content Manager at Ospreys Rugby with 134 “caps”/ games covered. She has a wealth of marketing experience and a keen interest in rugby (obvs). Most recently, she has been working on this year's men's, women's and under 20's Six Nations tournaments.

She's also passionate about calling full time on social media hate, trolling and abuse.

Laura Truelove is a Senior Digital Officer with 6 years of experience in government communications. She and her team manage the Welsh Government’s high profile bilingual social media accounts across Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn. Laura is passionate about creating engaging Welsh language content and provides guidance to others on doing this. She has spoken at Social Media Dublin and Belfast, and at the first ever Social Media Conference Cymru in 2023.

Zahra Errami

Digital Development Producer - ITV Cymru Wales

Zahra Errami has been specializing in creating content for digital platforms for over four years. She started on an apprentice scheme at ITV Cymru Wales, before moving on to work on Dim Sbin and then lead on the digital content of ITV Cymru Wales' Welsh programmes. Zahra then joined the ITV News social media team in London presenting and producing daily news content on the Rundown and Here's the Story brands. Now she is back working in Wales leading and developing ITV Cymru Wales' digital content.

Anna Huws
Social Media Executive - S4C

Anna is an experienced social media professional, having worked at Welsh public service broadcaster, S4C for 4 years. She has worked extensively on Hansh, S4C's youth brand; and Lŵp, S4C's music brand, along with crafting campaigns and content for several high profile television productions and co-productions, including a number of big dramas and entertainment programmes such as Bariau, Anfamol, Gogglebocs Cymru and Stad, and events such as Cân i Gymru, Tafwyl, Eisteddfod, and Le Festival Interceltique Lorient.

Anna also appeared on the Young Audiences Panel at the 2023 Wales Screen Summit.

Owain Harries
National Teams Communications & Engagement Manager - Football Association of Wales

Owain is an experienced communications professional with particular expertise in sports communication. Before joining FAW, Owain worked at BBC as a Broadcast Journalist on BBC Sport Wales, as well as managing the Clwb Rygbi social media pages, cutting highlight packages and commentary clips.

Owain joined FAW in 2018 as a Media Executive and worked his way up to his current position as Communications and Engagement Manager, overseeing digital content, media relations and social media communications for the FAW's notable brands.
